Btech IT 2010 passout and still dont have job ,money and personality problems despite of good knowledge?

i have passed my BTECH in INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY in 2010 and still searching for job.I have appeared in major IT companies(tcs,infosys,wipro,cognizant) offcampus held in ncr and sucessfully cleared the written test of all of them.Problem is that everytime i failed to clear the interviews.I get very nervous at that time, and my voice starts coming very low like i am weeping and in that condition i looks very low in confidence which i am actually is,but its not because i dont know anything but i am very shy kind of person and very reserve type and fear to speak in from of public.and i have suffered badly because of this habbit since my birth from school to college and now facing interviews. I think i will clear test everytime and will be rejected like that again and again for same reason.I dont have friends and i fear from bold girls andmostly girls are HR in companies.Please suggest my ,I am very sad and i dont want to loose jobs like this. Inspite of having good technical knowledge my voice comes so low at that time i usually not be able to express my self and questions asked to me.Please someonehelp me i,what these I T peoples look for ,why they reject me every time.even the students who used to drink alcohols,never used to attend classes earning 30000 from last year.Only because they were more bold with girls an the public and confindent and have social contacts . I am all alone in this world.. One more problem is still i am a fresher and in delhi every small level software company if i attend interview ask for training fees for giving job of atleast 25-30k or more than that, and that i cant afford.I also have not done any course in any software technology like j2ee or dotnet because of cost ,so these small companies need fresh candidates but not blank ,that need ripened fruit.like bif IT giants they cant give training due to lack of cost and infrastructure and i dont have any refrence also .S o i only know my engineering subjects concepts like dbms,os c/c++.java.javascript and jsp and all thses i have learned from my side without any training .So dont have any industry experience on any real world project.No one want to recruit such candidates and its already 2011 going on and i passed in 2010 and being still a fresher and no experience with
-money problem
-less offcampus in ncr
-my personality and dumb nature and whatever i mentioned above
-2010 pass out
Please some one help me .
