Can anyone name one place in the world where it can be proven that sea levels have risen?

Can anyone name one place in the world where it can be proven that sea levels have risen?
Not riverine islands in South East Asia which didn't even exist 50 years ago.
Or Pacific islands where it's been proven that dynamiting coral has forced up water levels.

In order to prove that sea levels have risen, you need data from locations which are geologically stable. Sea level rise is due to two factors; thermal expansion of sea water and melting land ice. (Sea ice effects albedo but it does not directly effect sea level.) At some locations, apparent sea level rise may be due to the location sinking. We also need to note that only a small portion of the land ice has melted to date and the effects which we have seen on sea level would be very small compared with what we may expect if we continue unrestrained use of fossil fuels.
