I got family planning operation before 4 years after that my two children were died in a horrible accident. Now i want to get pregnant and get baby. What can i do? Pls give a solution for me.

In that horrible accident i lost my husband and my two children. Now i got married as a second.
Now my second husband want to get a baby.

i had sex with my bf one day and immediately after 2 hrs i took an ipill. but again the very next day we had sex. this time i dint take any pill. now after 1 mnth from then i get my period but i dont

my child is 32 months old and he is repeating each sentence so many time and when we ask somethinh then he repeat our question and giving no response. so is there any solution to solve this problem?
