It depends on a one very good over or a one very bad over in this shorter form of the game. You can not really test a player in this form and this form is mostly made for the batsman to entertain the crowd. The real test of a player is still in the test match.
This year I would put my bets on the teams like Australia, India, Pakistan and sri lanka and out of those India and Pakistan have a good chance to reach the finals.
Let's see how the teams entertain the crowds
