Linda , you are one of the few ladies who are satisfied with the way you are and I think this is a great thing .
Well there are a few things that you can take care of regarding your butt.
You can think off starting with the walk , then jog and then running and I have heard that this alone is more then enough to bring you back in shape( BUTT if done regularly )
you can join the gym to tone up your abbs, things and your overall body
Reduce the fat intake and try to burn more fat. If you are working prefer to park the car away from your place ( just to have some extra regular walk )
Make use of the stairs rathern the the lift.You will burn more fat and this is a good cardio as well
And in the end eat healthy and stay happy
